The Vortex Night Club
One of the longest running clubs in Second Life, The Vortex Night Club first opened on 3rd March 2006. It has a crew of dedicated and seasoned DJs, playing a good cross-section of music covering many genres.
The Vortex is a friendly welcoming venue, open to all Second Life residents, regardless of the type of avatar they choose to don. There is a strong community spirit amongst the members who are always keen to welcome new visitors.
Drama is very rare and not tolerated. It is the first rule of The Vortex. In fact, there are only 2 rules: No drama and have fun! Everything else is covered by adherance to the Second Life ToS and Community Standards,
The Vortex design has changed seven times in it’s long history. Four versions were designed by Loki Eliot, including the current version, commonly referred to as V7.
